If the whole page will not open
Try the homepage and another unrelated website. Check the connection and read the browser error. A certificate, connection or DNS message needs a different response from a page-not-found message. This guide explains common checks; it is not a live outage monitor for every KissKH-named website.
If search says there are no titles
Remove the year or genre filter and search a distinctive word from the name. The search accepts original titles too. A drama’s first release year can differ from the year its new season arrives, so an otherwise correct query can be excluded by a mistaken year.
If My List looks empty
Check that you are using the same browser and that private browsing is not active. Saved titles are stored on this device. Clearing site data can remove them, so do not start troubleshooting by erasing all browser storage.
If the watch link opens the wrong country
Use Country to select where you are watching, then open the title again. Regional availability and subtitle tracks can differ. Country here changes the viewing search; it does not change the drama’s production country or translate the interface.
If video is buffering after the viewing service opens
Pause briefly, lower the player’s quality if needed, and check whether other downloads are using the connection. Use that service’s player help for its own errors. For missing captions, open the subtitle menu on the actual receiving screen, particularly when casting to a TV.
Before clearing anything
Record your last episode and any error code. Try a reload, a simpler search or another allowed connection first. If you need to clear data later, understand which saved lists and sign-ins belong to the site you are clearing.
